Jeff Bush, Senior Associate, Buy-Side Business Development, joined Clayton Capital Partners from his own business where he was a strategic consultant dealing with clients in a number of industries ranging from manufacturing to education. Prior to his own venture, Jeff worked for an agency representing manufacturing companies in the power transmission component industry serving a broad customer base ranging from small-to-medium sized OEMs to Fortune 500 Companies.

Jeff is a graduate of Iowa State University with a BS in Marketing and was a member of the varsity golf team.

Scott SchwartzScott Schwartz

Prior to joining Clayton Capital Partners, Mr. Schwartz was the Vice President of Acquisitions for a middle-market, private equity investment firm located outside of St. Louis. He has extensive industry experience that ranges from manufacturing and distribution to retail and business to consumer service industries. He has participated in the acquisition of numerous companies both as platform acquisitions as well as strategic acquisitions. His previous experience was in the financial services industry. Scott received his BSBA in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.

Christy C. VivianoChristy C. Viviano

Prior to joining Clayton Capital Partners, Ms. Viviano was a loan officer for Bank of America, serving mid-market companies, managing loans up to $35 million. She has extensive experience with a wide variety of businesses, with a focus on manufacturing and distribution companies.
