Craig M. HerronCraig M. Herron, CFA

Mr. Herron began his investment-banking career with Dean Witter Reynolds and subsequently did transaction work for Anheuser Busch International.

Craig received his Master of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business and his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia. Craig is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Prior to joining Clayton Capital Partners, Mr. Herron worked with clients such as Boeing Ventures and Ameren Energy Fuels & Services in both growth initiatives and business unit divestitures. Mr. Herron also has extensive experience with the commercialization of technology products, including several years a Vice President of Development for an application services provider.

Craig also brings a strong marketing background having been Director of Marketing for Aurora Foods where he was responsible for both the Celeste Pizza and Aunt Jemima Breakfast product lines.

Paula K. ReebPaula K. Reeb, CPA

Ms. Reeb began her career as a CPA with KPMG, gaining experience in both audit and tax areas. She then served as Controller of several mid sized businesses. Ms. Reeb has spent the last eleven years exclusively involved in purchase/sale transactions. She has participated in over thirty transactions in the last few years.

Carter WilliamsCarter Williams, CPA



Carter Williams was President of Gridlogix until it was successfully sold to Johnson Controls in October 2008. Gridlogix software helped large enterprises reduce energy usage by 20% through optimization of existing building controls and HVAC systems. 

Mr. Williams was a director and founder of Boeing Ventures where he led The Boeing Company's efforts to develop new venture growth opportunities, in areas such as marine navigation, manufacturing, engineering collaboration and border security.  Mr. Williams led Boeing's technology planning process, which covers all aspects of technology development and manufacturing research at The Boeing Company.

Prior to the Boeing and McDonnell Douglas merger, Mr. Williams led several successful engineering and manufacturing activities at McDonnell Douglas involving design for manufacturing, process development, and product development. He was part of the original effort of the Air Forces Lean Air Craft Initiative, as well as several 6 sigma and lean manufacturing efforts within McDonnell Douglas. 

He is the past president and founder of the MIT Corporate Venturing Consortium and co-founder of the MIT Entrepreneurship Society.   Mr. Williams serves on the boards of Procelerate, Viamorph, and First Choice Courier.  He is on the board of advisors of Anzode.  He has an MBA from the MIT Sloan School and a Bachelor of Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Ronald P. ZimmermanRonald P. Zimmerman

Mr. Zimmerman has over 25 years of senior management experience in international consulting with Coopers & Lybrand and elsewhere. He has expertise in strategic, tactical and operational business planning, exit planning consulting, business process improvement, and best practice benchmarking. He has assisted businesses in manufacturing, distribution, financial services, insurance, commercial real estate, and medicine.

He has devoted the past 15 years to strategic business planning consulting, business development as both an owner and consultant, and has served as a member of Advisory Board of Directors for various companies to facilitate Exit Planning activities.

He is a graduate of St. Louis University where he earned BSBA and MBA degrees.
